Hello, I am Jhen, and I am thrilled to share a glimpse into my professional journey and who I am. I am a highly dedicated and results-driven individual with a strong background in the hospitality industry. I hold a Diploma in Online Teaching (DOT) from the ACTEHC Skills and Learning Institute.
My career began at the age of 18, when I embarked on a journey as a working student at Anvaya Cove. Starting as a receptionist, I quickly proved my dedication and commitment, which led to my promotion as a recreation and activity event coordinator. Seeking new challenges to further refine my skills, I transitioned to Acea Subic Bay, where I assumed the position of sport and recreation event coordinator. I then joined Ocean Adventure as a guest service personnel. I enjoyed these opportunities to organize and manage a wide range of outdoor activities such as amazing races, trekking, camping, watersports, beach sports tournaments, team building, and event hosting.
My field of work took an interesting turn when I accepted a position as an Administrative Assistant at Juz Electronics. During my time there, I honed my administrative abilities, effectively managing various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This invaluable experience provided me with a solid foundation in multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail. Despite my success in the administrative field, I realized that my true passion lay in connecting with people on a more personal level. This realization led me to join Buwelo as a customer service representative.
Joining Medical Acupuncture as a first-time patient concierge has been an absolute honor, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside amazing staff. In my role, I have found tremendous fulfillment in providing exceptional customer service to our valued patients. Guiding them through their health journey and ensuring their needs are met is a responsibility I take great pride in.
Beyond my professional achievements, I am an individual with many hobbies. My interests include planting and nurturing greenery, cooking, watching movies, attending family gatherings, and engaging in home decorating projects.
My passion involves spending time and traveling with my family and making memorable occasions by hosting and organizing events.
I am driven by a desire to achieve financial stability, foster a happy and healthy life for my loved ones, cultivate a self-sustaining business that aligns with my passion for food and events, and learn the sport of swimming.
