She started her career in the claims department of Blue Cross of Rhode Island. She switched gears and began working as a medical biller until her daughter was born. When returned to the workforce, she began working at CVS headquarters as a pharmacy auditor and also worked inside the pharmacy as a technician. 

 

When relocated to Florida, she spent a year working as an office manager for a dentist before joining Medical Acupuncture as a billing and credentialing specialist. Given the chance to join Medical Acupuncture full time, she is delighted to use her skills as a number-cruncher helping the team make positive change in the lives of our patients.

 

A few of her work achievements include being on a team that was voted the #1 claims department of Blue Cross out of all 50 states, being promoted to be an account manager for a multi million dollar office within Boston Children’s Hospital, and working with the CVS offshore team to develop new software and be part of training the onshore team.

 

In her spare time, Mandi loves to travel and experience new things. She has passion for music and cooking. And also she enjoys working and helping people. “My greatest achievement is being a parent to my daughter”.
