Arlene Walton
Front Desk & Acupuncture Assistant
I am a seasoned professional with a diverse range of experiences and skills. My journey began at the young age of 18 when I embarked on my first job, and since then, I have never stopped striving for excellence.
For the first decade of my career, I honed my skills in the hospitality industry, specifically in sales and marketing. This invaluable experience allowed me to understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients.
In 1986, I made the decision to relocate to Florida and transitioned into the healthcare industry. I initially started by processing workman's comp claims, but soon found my true calling in hospital billings. For 16 years, I dedicated myself to Winter Park Hospital, ensuring accurate and timely billings to patients and insurance providers.
In 1999, I decided to take a different position as a substitute teacher at Bonneville and Avalon Elementary Schools, where I spent another 16 years. I had the privilege of shaping young minds and fostering their growth.
In 2008, while working as a teacher, I had the opportunity to join the National Center for Forensic Science. In this role, I was responsible for coordinating data records in various forensic specialties. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights into the field and further develop my organizational and analytical abilities.
Throughout my professional journey, I have developed exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for detail. I bring a unique blend of experiences from various industries, allowing me to adapt quickly and thrive in dynamic environments.
Currently, I am working as the Front Desk and Acupuncture Assistant at Medical Acupuncture. This role has provided me with hands-on experience in customer service and administrative tasks, allowing me to spread a message of hope, encouragement, and love, reminding others of their inherent worth and the boundless possibilities that lie ahead.
Outside of work, I enjoy pursuing hobbies such as reading, drawing, photography, and fitness.
One of my dreams is to one day publish a children's book that I will have written and illustrated myself.
With a deep-rooted belief in the power of compassion and empathy, I strive to create meaningful connections with individuals from all walks of life. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be acknowledged and valued for their unique contributions. Moreover, I am a firm believer that we are all made by a Creator who loves us unconditionally.
