My name is Arjay. I am a highly motivated and driven individual with a degree in BS Business Administration from President Ramon Magsaysay State University in Iba, Zambales, Philippines.
I have gained extensive experience in customer service and quality analysis throughout my career. From August 2015 to July 2018, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland Global Services.
During this time, I honed my skills in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring client satisfaction. Motivated by a strong work ethic and an eye for detail, my dedication led me to become a Quality Analyst under the same company, ensuring that all customer interactions met the highest standards of excellence.
My expertise isn't limited to the corporate world alone. I also ventured into providing virtual assistance services in the fields of lawn services and staffing company from September 2021 to February 2023. These experiences allowed me to expand my skill set while serving different businesses with efficiency and professionalism.
In my free time, I enjoy immersing myself in popular Korean pop culture, indulging in random YouTube videos, and staying up to date on the latest Netflix series. Priding myself on being an adventurous soul, I love exploring various cafes throughout the city to discover new flavors, cultural experiences, and diverse interests.
My goals and dreams include prioritizing the health and well-being of not only myself but also my family, with a special focus on my parents. I aim to cultivate a positive mindset and surround myself with individuals who genuinely care and love me. I also aspire to establish my own successful business to attain financial stability. This will not only provide security for me but also for my loved ones. Moreover, I envision building my own dream house, a place where my family and I can create lasting memories.
